We typically pay after each rental is complete. We send payments via check or PayPal.
Yes. We place full coverage insurance on your camper under our commercial policy so your camper is covered 100%. If your camper is damaged we take full responsibility to make sure its repaired.
Yes. It’s your camper so it’s your call. We will check with you on each and every booking to confirm you aren’t planning on camping.
While damage can occur it’s very rare. We find that because people are very respectful and they tend to treat the camper just like it was their own. If there is damage to the camper the security deposit paid by the renter along with insurance cover’s all repair costs so there’s no out of pocket expense for you
It’s your call. If you don’t mind we would love for you to leave your kitchen supplies but everything else can be left or removed. We supply toilet paper, septic tabs, cleaning supplies and propane.
We will cover the cost of keeping the camper filled with propane and make sure it’s full when it comes back to you.
Before and after each rental. We have a detailed check in and check out form that covers nearly 100 checkpoints to ensure your camper is kept in tip top shape.
Not much, we handle it all from marketing, contracts, deliveries, billing, insurance, repairs, damage claims, propane refills, emptying septic and cleaning. You supply the camper, we do the rest 🙂
Most of our renters are camping within 100 miles of Grand Rapids. Anything outside of that will be ran by you for your approval
That’s your call not our’s. Once you decide to move forward with us we will send over our contract where you will tall us all about your camper including if you want pet’s or smoking allowed in your camper.
